  • Daily Cleaning Between Teeth: Your toothbrush can’t reach all surfaces, so cleaning between your teeth every day is essential for removing all bacteria.
  • Interdental brushes are considered the most effective, but dental floss works well for areas where brushes don’t fit. Don’t worry if your gums bleed a little when you start – that’s often a sign of bacteria, and thorough, consistent cleaning should resolve it within a few days.
