2. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts.
3. Clients must identify themselves as a member of the Tooth Fairy Dental Exclusive Business Reward offer prior to receiving treatment to receive the discount, the discount will not be applied retrospectively.
4. Proof of current employment is required, such as payslip/work ID.
5. Full payment is due at the time of service.
6. Eligibility for a $95 exam and 2 xrays, $199 for a standard hygiene visit completed within 1 hour.

The 10% discount:

1. Cannot be redeemed for cash
2. Cannot be used with any other offer or discount
3. Is valid for redemption on restorative treatment (Dental composite fllings) only.
4. The discount is for employees with appropriate identification (such as work ID, company letter etc.) only and cannot be transferred
5. The discount is only applied if appointment is booked and attended by an employee who identifies themselves as a recipient of the offer at time of booking
